After reading this report regarding Home Pointe Property Management and a named manager of Jason Pickens I'm actually astonished of how little people understand the business.

We were there for a year and I lost a baby because of a miscarrage, because of the mold, as well as may health problems we have now because of the mold. There are reasons why an author may 'not confirm' an email account. The primary reason is because they want to stay completely anonymous, they do not want to risk any reprisal. Or they could be a whistleblower, employee or ex-employee insider who doesn’t want to be discovered. Remember, just because an author has 'not confirmed' their email account does not mean the Ripoff Report they authored is not truthful. Needs to review the security of your connection before proceeding.

If this did actually go to court then that lawsuit would be between the owner and the tenant, not the property management company. Look at the title on the property; does it say Home Pointe Property Management?? Maybe you should take this opportunity as a life learning experience. If you view a property that looks as you stated maybe you shouldn't rent it. Maybe if you can't make that judgment on your own then get someone to help you.

Mike is very professional on top of communications as it pertains to tenants, repairs, or any other misc item that might pop up. The tenants thus far have been great and I have not had any complaints from neighbors, etc. of the condo. We wish we would have found Matt sooner.

The property was left in less than perfect shape and Mike was able to find people at reasonable rates to get it cleaned up, fixed up and rented with what appears to be good tenants. 7 in 10 of all rental units are owned by individual investors. Third, this report states that the property is still being rented out. After looking on their website I can't find this property at all. I'm just trying to find any sort of truth in this accusation.
